According to state statistics, as of Thursday, Feb. 25, and increasing number of towns and cities are reporting less active Covid cases. Barkhamsted, Colebrook, New Harford, and Norfolk, are reporting five or less Covid cases per 100,000. Winsted is reporting 10 to 14 cases per 100,000. Torrington remains under "red alert" with 15 or more cases per 100,000.
