Meanwhile, numbers of cases have increased substantially in less than a week in certain Northwest Corner towns.

According to the state, the Norfolk case rate has remained the same at 62

Testing: Charlotte Hungerford Hospital’s drive-thru testing is at 211 High Street in Torrington from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Saturday (closed Sundays).
