CANAAN — For 57 years, Railroad Days has been a town tradition in the small town of over 1,000 residents.
The four-day event, which is typically held in July, features a carnival, fireworks display, and a parade down Main Street featuring local organizations and area fire departments.
This year’s parade was delayed by a week due to rain, but it was nice and sunny on Saturday, July 24 when the parade was held, with hundreds of spectators lining up the street to watch.
